摘要
目的:观察加味清中汤联合色甘酸钠滴眼液对过敏性结膜炎患儿嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)水平的影响。方法:选取104例过敏性结膜炎患儿,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组及联合组各52例。对照组采用色甘酸钠滴眼液治疗,联合组采用色甘酸钠滴眼液联合加味清中汤治疗,2组均连续治疗2周。比较2组治疗前后泪液及血清的ECP、TSLP水平变化,比较2组治疗前后临床症状体征评分变化,观察2组临床疗效及治疗后并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,2组患儿泪液及血清的ECP、TSLP水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组泪液及血清的ECP、TSLP水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组眼痒、结膜充血、眼部异物感、畏光的临床症状体征评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),联合组上述4项临床症状体征评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组临床疗效总有效率为94.23%,对照组总有效率为69.23%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组并发症发生率为3.85%,对照组为23.08%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味清中汤联合色甘酸钠滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎患儿,可缓解患儿临床症状,降低炎症程度,缩短患儿临床症状消失时间,用药安全性较高。
Objective:To observe the effect of modified Qingzhong tang combined with sodium cromoglicate on levels of eosinophil cationic protein(ECP) and thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP) in children with anaphylactic conjunctivitis. Methods:A total of 104 cases of children with anaphylactic conjunctivitis were selected and divided into the control group and the combination group according to different treatment methods,with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sodium cromoglicate, and the combination group was treated with modified Qingzhong tang combined with sodium cromoglicate. Both groups were treated for two weeks. Changes in tears and levels of ECP and TSLP in serum before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Changes in clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The clinical effects and the incidence of complications after treatment in the two groups were observed. Results: After treatment, tears and levels of ECP and TSLP in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above levels in the combination group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, scores of clinical symptoms and signs including itchy eyes,conjunctival congestion,foreign body sensation in eyes and photophobia in the two groups were lower those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the combination group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,the total effective rate of clinical effect was 94.23% in the combination group and 69.23% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.85% in the combination group and 23.08% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Qingzhong tang combined with sodium cromoglicate for children with anaphylactic conjunctivitis can relieve clinical symptoms, reduce inflammatory degree, and shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,with relatively high safety.
