摘要
为了分析钢筋骨架自动成型生产线中不同焊接参数下钢筋骨架力学性能及焊点金相组织的变化,依次对不同参数下主筋力学性能、交叉焊点的抗剪力、热影响区深度、横截面占比和金相组织进行对比分析。研究结果表明,在焊接参数有效范围内,随着焊接时间的增加,主筋力学性能影响很小,焊点热影响区的深度及面积占比有增大趋势,但变动值较小,焊点抗剪性能越好,焊核区的板条马氏体组织逐渐增大且均匀,焊核区力学性能逐渐增强,热影响区的魏氏组织逐渐细化均匀,热影响区力学性能逐渐增强;优化选择焊接时间1.6s后进行钢筋骨架的焊接,可有效提高钢筋骨架交叉焊点的焊接质量和稳定性,为钢筋骨架自动焊接成型参数化控制提供技术支持。
In order to analyze the changes of the mechanical properties of the reinforced skeleton and the microstructure of the welded joints under different welding parameters in the automatic forming production line of the reinforced skeleton, the mechanical properties, shear strength, haz depth, cross section ratio and microstructure of the main bar under different parameters were analyzed. The results show that the welding quality and stability can be improved effectively by optimizing the welding time of 1.6s, which provides technical support for the parametric control technology of automatic welding forming.
