摘要
目的:探究多元化康复模式的护理干预对胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年1月焦作市人民医院收治的120例股骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为SG组和SH组,每组各60例。SH组予以常规护理,SG组在SH组的基础上加以多元化康复护理,比较两组患者VAS、Lysholm及ADL指标差异、膝关节功能恢复情况及生活质量。结果:SG组VAS评分低于SH组,Lysholm评分、ADL评分均显著高于SH组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.477、15.2564、15.119,P<0.05)。SG组膝关节功能恢复率高于SH组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.000,P<0.05)。SG组生理功能评分、社会功能评分、生理职能评分、躯体疼痛评分、精神健康评分、情感职能评分、活力评分、总体健康评分均高于SH组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.175、3.698、3.807、3.683、3.124、3.105、3.161、2.996,P<0.05)。结论:多元化康复模式的护理干预应用于胫骨平台骨折患者中,有助于缓解患者疼痛,促进患者膝关节功能恢复,提升患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the impact of tibial platform fracture patients using diversified rehabilitation mode on the knee function recovery and quality of life.Methods:A total of 120 patients with femoral plateau fractures admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into SG group and SH group,with 60 cases in each group.The SH group received routine care,and the SG group received diversified rehabilitation care on the basis of the SH group.The differences in VAS,Lysholm and ADL indexes,knee joint function recovery and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS score in the SG group was lower than that in the SH group,and the Lysholm score and ADL score were significantly higher than those in the SH group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery rate of knee joint function in SG group was higher than that in SH group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Physiological function scores,social function scores,physiological function scores,physical pain scores,mental health scores,emotional function scores,vitality scores,and overall health scores in the SG group were higher than those in the SH group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<.05).Conclusion:Nursing interventions with diversified rehabilitation models are applied to patients with tibial plateau fractures,which can help relieve pain,promote the recovery of knee joint function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
