摘要
目的:探讨达格列净治疗超重/肥胖且血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效。方法:选取2019年9月-2021年9月某院收治的500例T2DM患者,采用随机数字表法为观察组和对照组各252例,对照组采用甘精胰岛素注射液进行治疗,观察组采用达格列净联合甘精胰岛素注射液治疗,均持续治疗24周,比较两组治疗前后FPG、2hPG水平、HbA1c水平、体重、腰围、BMI和胰岛素使用量,记录两组治疗期间不良事件发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组FPG、2hPG和HbA1c明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组体重、腰围和BMI明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胰岛素使用量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率(14.00%)与对照组(11.20%)无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:达格列净联合胰岛素治疗超重/肥胖且血糖控制不佳的T2DM患者降糖效果良好,在控制血糖、体重上优势明显,安全性高。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of dapagliflozin on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with overweight/obesity and poor blood glucose control.Methods:A total of 500 patients with T2DM admitted to the hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=250)and control group(n=250).The control group was treated with insulin glargine injection,while observation group was additionally treated with dapagliflozin.All were continuously treated for 24 weeks.The levels of FPG,2hPG and HbA1c,body weight,waist circumference,BMI and insulin dosage between the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse events during treatment in both groups was recorded.Results:After treatment,FPG,2hPG and HbA1c in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The weight,waist circumference and BMI in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and insulin dosage was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The difference in incidence of adverse events during treatment between observation group and control group was not statistically significant(14.00%vs 11.20%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:The hypoglycemic effect of dapagliflozin combined with insulin is good in T2DM patients with overweight/obesity and poor blood glucose control,which has obvious advantages in controlling blood glucose and weight,with high safety.
