摘要
针对层叠碳布射流穿刺机理进行了研究,提出一种基于有限元分析的射流穿刺碳纤维预制体的性能分析方法。该方法对水射流冲击碳布的物理过程进行分析,基于流体力学中的有限元分析软件Fluent与碳纤维布成型软件TexGen,分别对水射流场和碳布进行有限元建模。将水射流刺入层叠碳布层间,评估碳纤维布的性能,增强碳纤维预制体层间强度。为了验证所提仿真理论的正确性,使用CFD流固耦合分析技术对射流穿刺碳布进行测试。基于Ansys网格划分后的实验结果表明,在水射流冲击碳布的过程中,射流速度在碳布中逐层递减,射流打击力逐层减小。同时碳布变形也不断减弱,仿真与理论分析的结果一致。
The mechanism of the laminar carbon cloth jet puncture is studied,and a performance analysis method of the carbon fiber preform is proposed based on the finite element analysis.The method analyzes the physical process of water jet impinging on carbon cloth,based on the finite element analysis software Fluent and TexGen,the carbon fiber cloth forming software,respectively,the water jet flow field and carbon cloth are modeled by finite element method.Water jet is injected into the interlayer of the laminated carbon fabric,and the performance of the carbon fiber cloth is evaluated to enhance the interlaminar strength of the carbon fiber preform.In order to verify the correctness of the simulation theory,the carbon cloth was tested by CFD fluid solid coupling analysis.The experimental results based on the Ansys grid show that the jet velocity decreases in the carbon cloth layer by layer and the jet strike force decreases layer by layer during the process of water jet impinging on carbon cloth.At the same time,the deformation of carbon cloth is also weakening,and the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.
