摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,房屋工程建设发展迅速,加强建筑施工技术的优化和应用,以及施工过程中的质量管控工作,可以有效提升施工质量和管理水平。论文由房屋建筑的特点着手,从土方施工、模板施工、混凝土施工、砌体施工等方面介绍了房屋建筑的施工技术,并结合具体房屋建筑施工项目,提出了房屋建筑施工质量的控制措施,希望能为房屋建筑施工质量优化提供一些参考。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,the development of housing projects has developed rapidly,strengthens the optimization and application of building construction technology,as well as quality control work during construction,and effectively improve construction quality and management level.The paper is characterized by the characteristics of housing construction,from the construction of earthwork,template construction,concrete construction,masonry construction,etc.,introduces the construction technology of house buildings.Combined with the specific housing construction project,it has been put forward control measures for construction quality of house buildings,and it is hoped to provide some reference for the quality optimization of house building construction.
