摘要
随着建筑外门窗节能指标的不断提高,低辐射镀膜中空玻璃和充气中空玻璃在行业中得到了广泛应用。对采用充气中空玻璃的建筑门窗样本进行测量,中空玻璃初始气体含量合格率较低,随着对产品加工质量及存放条件关注度的提高,惰性气体含量合格率随之提高。充气中空玻璃惰性气体随着应用时间的推移存在气体泄露的情况,随着密封结构的破坏,惰性气体泄露情况愈加严重,提高惰性气体初始含量、加强中空玻璃四周密封可延长充气中空玻璃有效时间。当前普遍应用的低辐射镀膜充气中空玻璃,节能效果随着惰性气体泄露逐渐降低,氩气含量每下降20%,充气中空玻璃整体传热系数下降0.06 W/(m^(2)·K)左右。
With the continuous improvement of energy-saving indicators of building exterior doors and windows,low radiation coated insulating glass and inflatable insulating glass have been widely used in the industry.By measuring the samples of building doors and windows with inflatable insulating glass,the qualification rate of initial gas content of insulating glass is low.With the improvement of attention to product processing quality and storage conditions,the qualified rate of inert gas content increases.The inert gas of inflatable insulating glass has gas leakage with the passage of application time.With the destruction of sealing structure,the inert gas leakage becomes more and more serious.Increasing the initial content of inert gas and strengthening the sealing around the insulating glass can prolong the effective time of inflatable insulating glass.The energy-saving effect of low radiation coated inflatable insulating glass,which is widely used at present,decreases gradually with the leakage of inert gas.For every 20%decrease in argon content,the overall heat transfer coefficient of inflatable insulating glass decreases by about 0.06 W/(m^(2)·K).
