番石榴叶和果实挥发油化学成分的GC×GC/TOF MS分析 被引量:1

摘要 为分析比较番石榴(Psidium guajava L.)叶和果实挥发油的化学成分,采用固相微萃取法分别提取番石榴叶和果实的挥发油,建立一种全二维气相色谱/飞行时间质谱(GC×GC/TOF MS)方法对提取到的挥发油进行化学成分分析与比较。在番石榴叶和果实的挥发油中,部分成分主要为萜烯类及其衍生物,是植物中一类重要的生理活性物质;另外还发现其它一些具有生理活性的成分,如角鲨烯、α-亚麻酸、亚油酸等;同时还有很多成分是重要的香味物质,如:2-乙酰基呋喃、2-甲基四氢呋喃-3-酮、3-羟基-2-丁酮、5-甲基糠醛等,这些结果为番石榴叶和果实挥发油资源的开发利用提供参考依据。 To analyze and compare the on chemical components of the volatile oil from leaves and fruits of Psidium guajava L,the volatile oil from leaves and fruits of Psidium guajava L.was extracted by solid-phase microextraction.And the extracted chemical components of the volatile oil were analyzed and compared by GC×GC/TOF MS.In the volatile oil from leaves and fruits of Psidium guajava L.,some of the ingredients are mainly Terpenes and their derivative,this is a kind of important physiological active substance in plants;And it turns out other biologically active ingredients,such as Squalene,α-Linolenic acid,Linoleic acid,et al.Many other ingredients are important flavoring substances,such as 2-Acetylfuran,2-Methyltetrahydrofuran-3-one,3-Hydroxy-2-butanone,5-Methyl-2-furaldehyde,et al.The results provided scientific basis for development and utilization of the volatile oil from the leaves and fruits of Psidium guajava L..
