摘要
肺气郁痹证临床常见,临床表现多样,可出现全身症状,是“肺主一身之气”功能的体现。从病因病机、临床症状、体征、舌象、系统辨证脉象特征等入手,论述肺气郁痹证的临床诊断与治疗,并举例说明临床应用,加以佐证。
Lung qi stagnation syndrome is a common clinical syndrome,with various clinical manifestations and systemic symptoms.It is the embodiment of the function of‘lung governing qi in one body’.This article discussed the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung qi stagnation syndrome from the clinical symptoms,signs,tongue manifestation,systematic syndrome differentiation and pulse characteristics,and illustrated the clinical application with examples to prove it.
