摘要
目的探讨急诊采用Bi PAP呼吸机治疗急性心力衰竭患者的临床应用价值,为改善患者呼吸困难及急性心力衰竭症状提供帮助。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月山东省济宁市第一人民医院收治的急性心力衰竭患者116例作为对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各58例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加BiPAP呼吸机治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后血压和心率水平。结果观察组临床总有效率为89.7%,明显高于对照组的72.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的心率和血压水平均低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心力衰竭患者采用BiPAP呼吸机治疗能够有效提高治疗效果,在一定程度上改善患者呼吸困难及急性左心衰竭缺氧的症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of using BiPAP ventilator in the treatment of patients with acute heart failure in emergency department, and to provide help for improving the symptoms of dyspnea and acute heart failure. Methods From February 2019 to February 2020, 116 patients with acute heart failure treated in Shandong Province Jining First People’s Hospital were selected as subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 58 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with BiPAP ventilator on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, blood pressure and heart rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 89.7%, which was significantly higher than 72.4% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the heart rate and blood pressure levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion BiPAP ventilator treatment for patients with acute heart failure could effectively improve the therapeutic effect, and improve the symptoms of dyspnea and acute left heart failure hypoxia to a certain extent, which was worthy of popularization and application.
