摘要
安徽省跨境电商呈现出“增速快、有平台、有规模”鲜明特点。推动安徽省跨境电商长效发展的最有效路径是,积极优化“四链相通、一网相连”的跨境电商生态圈。通过壮大贸易商—平台商—消费者交易链规模;提升金融—通关—物流服务链效率;提高政府—校企—协会的人才链质量;健全统计监测—信用统计—风险防控监管链体系,共同推动安徽省跨境电商的健康可持续发展。
Cross-border e-commerce in Anhui Province has developed from scratch,showing distinctive characteristics of"fast growth,ready platform and considerable scale".The most effective way to promote the long-term development of cross-border e-commerce in Anhui Province is to actively optimize the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem with"four chains linked and one network connected".By expanding the scale of the trader-platform-consumer transaction chain,improving the efficiency of the finance,customs clearance and logistics service chain,increasing the quality of talent chain between government,schools,enterprises and associations;enforcing the supervision chain system of statistical monitoring,credit statistics and risk prevention and control,the healthy and sustainable development of cross-border e-commerce will be promoted in Anhui Province.
