摘要
本文以飞机发动机排气温度热电偶为例,针对热电偶螺柱结构类产品测量参数多、精度要求高等特点,介绍了基于SOCEKET网络及TCP协议的热电偶全自动检测单元系统的设计方法与实现过程。文中阐述了系统软硬件单元的构成、测试程序的开发、热电偶电参数自动采集与报表的实现,并介绍了如何实现高效动态自动测试等。
Taking the exhaust temperature thermocouple of aircraft engine as an example,aiming at the products of thermocouple stud structure,there are many measurement parameters and high accuracy requirements.This paper introduces the design method and implementation process of thermocouple automatic detection unit system based on SOCKET network and TCP protocol.the paper describes the composition of software and hardware units,the development of testing program,the realization of thermocouple electric parameters automatic acquisition and report,and introduces how to realize efficient dynamic automatic testing.
