摘要
目的分析在子宫肌瘤临床带教中应用病例导入式教学法的教学效果。方法选取该院自2020年1月—2021年6月期间在该院实习的96名学员参与该次带教指导研究,依照计算机表法将学员均分为研究组与对照组,每组48名。对照组应用传统教学法进行临床指导,研究组使用病例导入式教学法进行临床指导,对比两组教学模式满意度、学习效率、考核成绩。结果研究组学员对教学模式满意度为97.92%,相较于对照组教学模式满意度(81.25%)更高;研究组学员学习积极性、分析能力、工作责任心、沟通能力、协作能力等综合学习效率明显高;研究组学员实际操作、理论知识等考核成绩相较于对照组学员更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤临床带教中使用病例导入式教学法,能够显著提高学员的各项学习效果、教学满意度及考核成绩,临床应用效果显著。
Objective To analyze the teaching effect of applying the case-based teaching method in the clinical teaching of uterine fibroids.Methods From January 2020 to June 2021,96 students from the hospital who were doing internships during the period participated in the teaching and guidance research,and the students were divided into a research group and a control group according to the computer table method,with 48 people in each group.The students in the control group used traditional teaching methods for clinical guidance,and the students in the research group used the case-introduction teaching method for clinical guidance.The teaching mode satisfaction,learning efficiency,and assessment results were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of the students in the research group with the teaching mode was 97.92%,which was higher than 81.25%in the control group;the comprehensive learning efficiency of students in the research group,such as learning enthusiasm,analytical ability,work responsibility,communication ability,and collaboration ability,was significantly higher than that of the students in the control group;compared with the control group,the students in the research group had higher scores in practical operation and theoretical knowledge,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of case-introduction teaching method in the clinical teaching of uterine fibroids can significantly improve the students'learning effect,teaching satisfaction and assessment performance,and the clinical application effect is remarkable.
