摘要
总结1例50%Ⅱ度烫伤患儿的护理经验。通过休克期的急救护理、液体疗法为患儿争取抢救生命的时间;通过严密的病情观察,及时获取患儿病情变化的信息,采取及时可行的预见性护理措施,帮助患儿平稳度过危险期;通过积极抗感染、加强创面护理、保护性隔离等措施帮助患儿平稳度过感染期。疼痛护理、人文关怀、心理护理贯穿整个病程,通过精心的治疗和护理,患儿病情好转,已顺利转入普通病房进一步治疗。
The nursing experience of a child with 50%second-degree scald was summarized.Seek rescue time for the child through shock care,liquid treatment;through strict condition observation,timely obtain information on the changes of the child’s condition,take timely and feasible nursing measures to help the child;through active antiinfection,wound care and protective isolation to help child pass the infection period smoothly.Pain care,humanistic care,psychological care throughout the whole course,through careful treatment and care,the child has been transferred to the general ward for further treatment.
