摘要
海上风电大直径钢管桩基础外加电流设备分布较分散,套笼及风机安装等工作面较多,为此提出外加电流联合复层包覆防腐的方法。首先,复层包覆防腐技术由四层紧密相连的保护层组成;其次,辅助阳极组件由阳极、阳极PVC-U固定管件、玻璃钢阳极支架带法兰组成;再采取辅助阳极及参比电极在陆上预制安装等;最后在海上进行内部辅助阳极和参比电极安装、外部阴极和内部阴极保护系统走线的安装。
The distribution of the impressed-current equipment in large diameter steel pipe pile foundation in offshore wind farm is rather scattered and there are many installation workspaces in the cage and the turbine.Thus,an impressed-current and multi-layer coating combined anti-corrosion method is proposed.The multi-layer anti-corrosion coating consists of four closely bonded protective layers.The auxiliary anode unit is composed of anode,PVC-U fixed pipe fittings,and glass fiber reinforced plastic anode support with flange.The auxiliary anodes and the reference electrodes are prefabricated and installed on the dry land.Then,the installation of the internal auxiliary anodes and the reference electrodes,and the wiring of the protection systems of the external and internal cathodes are carried out at sea.
