摘要
目的:归纳总结雷公藤研究现状及预测其发展趋势。方法:通过中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science核心集数据库检索雷公藤的相关文献,运用CiteSpace 5.7.R5W软件进行文献计量学分析,从文献的发文机构、发文国家(地区)、作者、关键词等方面进行可视化展现和分析。结果:经过筛选共纳入与医药卫生科技或农业科技研究相关的中文文献1626篇,英文文献831篇。雷公藤中、英文文献发文量前12位的发文机构均为国内机构,南京中医药大学和中国科学院分别是中、英文文献发文最多的机构,机构间合作发文关系紧密;中国是英文文献发文量最多的国家,与其他发文量高的国家(地区)存在广泛合作关系;作者分析显示刘建群和GAO W分别是雷公藤中、英文文献发文最多的作者;关键词分析显示雷公藤的研究主要集中在类风湿性关节炎、肾病、毒性、抗癌、作用机制方面,其中抗类风湿性关节炎、肝肾毒性和抗癌是国内外文献报道的焦点。结论:治疗自身免疫性疾病和毒性依然是雷公藤研究的主线,探寻作用通路及靶点、解析其作用机制、拓展新型适应症(抗癌)是未来研究的热点。雷公藤的研究尚处于发展上升期,该研究为更好地掌握雷公藤的研究热点和判断发展方向提供了统计学参考。
Objective:To summarize the research status and predict the development trend of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f..Methods:The related literatures of T.wilfordii were collected from CNKI database platforms and the core database of Web of Science.The bibliometric data and visualization of institutions,countries (regions),authors,keywords were acquired by visual analysis software CiteSpace 5.7.R5W.Results:A total of 1626 Chinese and 831 English literatures related to medical & health science or agricultural science & technology research were included.The top 12 publishers in English and Chinese literatures were all domestic institutions,and Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Academy of Sciences were the institutions with the most publications in Chinese and English respectively.The cooperation in publishing documents between institutions was close.China was the country with the most publications in English,and there was extensive cooperation with other countries (regions) with high publication volume.The analysis of authors showed that Jing qun Liu and GAO W had the most publications of T.wilfordii in Chinese and English respectively.The keyword analysis showed that the studies of T.wilfordii were mainly focused on rheumatoid arthritis,nephropathy,toxicity,anti-cancer and mechanism of action,among which anti-rheumatoid arthritis,hepatic and renal toxicity and anti-cancer were the hot topic in domestic and international literatures.Conclusion:Treatment of autoimmune diseases and toxicity were still the main lines of research on T.wilfordii.Exploring the pathways and targets of action,analyzing its mechanism of action,and expanding novel indications(anti-cancer)were the trend of future research.The research on T.wilfordii was still on the rise,and this study provided a statistical reference to better grasp the research hotspots and to find out the development direction of T.wilfordii.
