摘要
随着我国微时代的到来,以微博、微信、微电影、微小说、微文学、微视频等传播媒介为载体的微文化正潜移默化的改变着临床护生敬业价值观的获取和传播方式。我国临床护生多为“95后”甚至“00后”青年,他们既是微文化的受众主体,也是护理事业发展的接班人。微时代背景下,带教工作面临着新的机遇与挑战,要求带教老师与时俱进,全面认识微文化,借助微文化的特性创新教育形式,发挥新媒体的潮流优势开辟出带教新路径。
With the advent of my country′s micro-era,micro-culture based on microblogs,WeChat,micro-movies,micro-fiction,micro-literature,micro-videos and other communication media is subtly changing the way of acquiring and disseminating the dedication values of clinical nursing students.The majority of clinical nursing students in my country are"post-95s"or even"post-00s"young people.They are not only the main audience of micro-culture,but also the successors of nursing career development.Under the background of the micro-era,the teaching work is facing new opportunities and challenges.Teachers are required to keep pace with the times,fully understand micro-culture,use the characteristics of micro-culture to innovate educational forms,and take advantage of the trend of new media to open up new teaching path.
