摘要
随着居民经济收入的提高,人们的生活水平越来越好,有更多的人开始关注食品安全问题。因此食品质量监督部门需要不断完善自身的工作,履行自身的职责,做好食品质量监督抽样工作,保证食品安全。本文针对食品质量监督检验抽样中的问题展开详细的讨论,分析造成问题的主要原因,找出提升我国食品质量监督检验抽样工作水平的策略,以保证我国食品质量安全。
With the improvement of residents’ economic income,people’s living standards are getting better and better,and more people have begun to pay attention to food safety issues.Therefore,the food quality supervision department needs to continuously improve its own work,perform its own responsibilities,and do a good job in food quality supervision and sampling to ensure food safety.This paper discusses the problems in food quality supervision and inspection sampling in detail,analyzes the main causes of the problems,and finds out strategies to improve the level of food quality supervision and inspection sampling in China,so as to ensure the quality and safety of food in China.
