摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探析学校体育教学改革“教会、勤练、常赛”一体化推进的实践要求、教学关键与保障路径。具有教会是勤练和常赛的基础,勤练是教会和常赛的保障,常赛是教会和勤练的延伸的内在关系。实践要求:教会学生是基本要求,经常练习是核心要求,课内外比赛是重点要求。学生运用技能的目标导向、教学方法多元综合运用、学练赛一体化教学设计、整体性把握教学内容、教学评价的过程性导向是“教会、勤练、常赛”一体化推进的教学关键。保障路径:体育教师需要转变自身学科教学观念;着力提升体育教师的结构化教学设计能力;创新体育课堂教学模式和整体性把握运动项目教学;注重学生体育课内学习的质量与课外校外学习的联动;秉持课内比赛与课外竞赛相互联动的常赛方式。
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the practical requirements,teaching keys and guarantee paths of the integration of"teaching,frequent practice,and regular competition"in the reform of school physical education.The inner relationship of these three is that teaching is the foundation of frequent practice and regular competition,frequent practice is the guarantee of teaching and regular competition,and regular competition is the extension of teaching and frequent practice.Practical requirements:Teaching students is the basic requirement,frequent practice is the core requirement,and competition inside and outside the class is the key requirement.The teaching keys for the integration of"teaching,frequent practice,and regular competition"are the goal orientation of students'application skills,the comprehensive application of teaching methods,the integrated teaching design of learning,practice and competitions,the overall grasp of teaching content,and the process orientation of teaching evaluation.Guarantee paths:Physical education teachers need to change their own subject teaching concepts,focus on improving their ability of structured teaching design,innovate physical education classroom teaching models and grasp sports teaching as a whole,pay attention to the quality of students'physical education in class and the linkage between extracurricular learning,and uphold the regular competition method of mutual linkage between in-class competition and after-class competition.
