摘要
小儿推拿属于中医的外治方法,在儿童疾病预防与治疗方面发挥着重要作用,日益受到家长的青睐和社会的重视。很多临床一线工作者有意愿通过进修小儿推拿来获得这一实用技能,拓展自身业务水平,造福更多的儿童。首都医科大学附属北京中医医院儿科是集医、教、研为一体的综合型科室,以冯氏捏积疗法为主的小儿推拿是其特色教学板块,并同时学习、吸收不同小儿推拿流派的精华来进行自我提高,近年不断接收来自全国各地的同仁进修小儿推拿。笔者所在单位在小儿推拿进修医生的培养方法上进行了深入的探索,结合观摩教学、LBL教学法,认为可以从初期观摩学习—小儿推拿专科化理论培训—提高思想认知—规范手法操作培训四方面组成完整、立体的小儿推拿培训体系,切实提高进修医师的小儿推拿临床水平,为基层单位培训合格的小儿推拿医生。现将教学模式总结如下,与同道共享。
Pediatric Tuina is an external treatment method of Chinese medicine and plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of childhood diseases,it is increasingly favored by parents and valued by society.Many doctors are willing to acquire this practical skill through continuing medical education in pediatric massage,improve their Medical skills,and benefit more children.The Pediatrics Department of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Capital Medical University is a comprehensive department integrating medicine,teaching and research.Pediatric Tuina,Feng’s Kneading Therapy is its characteristic teaching section.Our department learns and absorbs the essence of different pediatric massage genres for self-improvement.In recent years,we have been receiving colleagues from all over the country to study pediatric massage.The author’s institution has conducted explorations on improving the training methods of pediatric massage doctors,combined with observation teaching and LBL,considers that it can be learned from the initial observation-pediatric massage,systemetic theretical knowledge training,improving ideological cognition-standard,Standardizing manipulation training.The four aspects constitute a complete and three-dimensional pediatric massage training system to effectively improve the clinical level of pediatric massage abilities of advanced doctors and train qualified pediatric massage doctors for the local hospitals.
