摘要
农村健康扶贫是健康中国战略实施的关键,是精准扶贫战略与乡村振兴战略衔接的重要内容。借助互联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息通信技术,并与医疗卫生行业进一步融合,“互联网+”为进一步巩固农村健康扶贫成果赋能提效。系统总结了“互联网+”与农村健康扶贫深度融合的多种模式,并提出进一步拓展“互联网+”下全民健康覆盖的有效途径。
Rural health poverty alleviation is the key to the implementation of Healthy China Strategy, and is the important content of the connection between targeted poverty alleviation strategy and rural revitalization strategy.With the help of the Internet, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence and other new generation of information and communication technologies, “Internet +” can further consolidate the achievements of rural health poverty alleviation and integrate with the medical and health industry.This paper systematically summarizes various modes of deep integration of “Internet +” and rural health poverty alleviation, and puts forward effective ways to further expand the national health coverage under “Internet +”.
