摘要
当前中医界多从“痰”“虚”“瘀”探讨恶性肿瘤的病机,忽略了恶性肿瘤的本质特点。本文借鉴现代医学中恶性肿瘤的概念及病理认识,结合中医理论体系内容,认为恶性肿瘤本质为精变,核心病机有二:一是恶性肿瘤的功能病机为精变蓄积、侵蚀增长、血脉壅盛、功能损伤、正气消耗;二是恶性肿瘤的物质病机为“正气”有余、恶性肿瘤物质的生产、气血的偏敏感性。
At present,traditional Chinese medicine mainly discusses the pathogenesis of malignant tumor from“phlegm,deficiency and blood stasis”,ignoring the essential characteristics of cancer.Based on the concept and pathological understanding of malignant tumor in modern medicine,this paper,combined with the theoretical system,believes that the essence of malignant tumor is the accumulation of essence,and the core pathogenesis of malignant tumor includes 2 aspects:First,the functional pathogenesis of malignant tumor is the accumulation of essence,erosion and growth,blood vessel congestion,functional impairment,and the consumption of righteous qi.Second,the material pathogenesis of malignant tumor is excessive“vital qi”,and the sensitivity of the production of malignant tumor substances,partial sensitivity of qi and blood.
