摘要
为实现浅层气中甲烷浓度的原位检测,研究设计了一种基于防水透气膜技术和非色散红外气体检测技术的浅层气甲烷浓度原位检测装置。研究选用孔径小于50μm的多孔陶瓷及PTFE材料的防水透气膜构成泥水气分离结构,实现对环境浅层气的提取。通过对非色散红外气体检测技术的理论分析,建立了甲烷传感器的浓度检测模型,并采用卡尔曼滤波进行数据处理。在搭建的模拟高水压实验平台上进行装置的防水消压实验,结果证明,在高压环境下装置仍旧具有较好的防水性能。模拟实验与实地浅层气探测实验的数据记录分析表明该装置甲烷浓度检测误差小于1%,响应时间小于40 s,具有防水、稳定、精确的优点,适用于浅层气中甲烷浓度的原位检测,满足相关研究工作的需要。
In order to achieve in situ detection of methane concentration in shallow gas,an in situ detection device for methane concentration in shallow gas based on waterproof and breathable membrane technology and non-dispersive infrared gas detection technology is designed.A waterproof permeable membrane of porous ceramic and PTFE with a pore size of less than 50μm is selected to form a mud-water-gas separation structure for the extraction of ambient shallow gas.Through theoretical analysis of non-dispersive infrared gas detection technology,the concentration detection model of methane sensor is established,and Kalman filter is used for data processing.The waterproof and depressurization experiments of the device are carried out on a simulated high water pressure experimental platform built,and the results prove that the device still has good waterproof performance under high pressure environment.According to data record analysis of the simulation and field shallow gas detection experiments,the methane concentration detection error of the device is less than 1%and the response time is less than 40 s.It has the advantages of being waterproof,stable and accurate,which is suitable for in-situ detection of methane concentration in shallow gas and meets the needs of related research work.
