摘要
目的将齐拉西酮与阿立哌唑分别运用于接受精神分裂症(简称SCH)治疗患者的治疗过程中,并对其临床疗效与安全性进行评价和对比。方法本研究对象的纳入时间起始于2018年2月,截止于2021年2月,共包括我院精神科收治的SCH患者400例,根据掷硬币法实现患者的分组,共分为X组(例数:200例,治疗药物:齐拉西酮)与Y组(例数:200例,治疗药物:阿立哌唑)。结果分析试验结果后得出结论:X组与Y组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;但是其不良反应的类型不尽相同。X组、Y组患者治疗前、后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分无明显差异,P>0.05;但是组间治疗前后PANSS评分差异显著,P<0.05。治疗前后两组患者比较和组间比较其血脂水平均无显著差异,P>0.05。结论在为SCH患者实施治疗的过程中齐拉西酮与阿立哌唑均为临床常用药物,其治疗的效果相当,安全性并不存在显著差异,仅仅是不良反应的类型有所区别,且药物的运用并不会影响患者血脂水平,可以根据患者的具体情况进行合理的选择,以保证治疗效果与安全性。
Objective To apply ziprasidone and aripiprazole to the treatment of patients receiving schizophrenia(SCH),and to evaluate and compare their clinical efficacy and safety.Methods The enrollment time of this study object started in February 2018 and ended in February 2021.A total of 400 SCH patients admitted to the psychiatric department of our hospital were included.The patients were grouped according to the coin toss method,and they were divided into X groups(number of cases:200 cases,treatment drug:ziprasidone)and Y group(number of cases:200 cases,treatment drug:aripiprazole).Results After the data analysis of the experimental results,it is concluded that there is no statistically significant difference in the treatment effect and adverse reactions between the X group and the Y group,P>0.05;but the types of adverse reactions are not the same.There was no significant difference between the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores of patients in X group and Y group before and after treatment,P>0.05;however,there was a significant difference in PANSS scores between groups before and after treatment,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the two groups of patients before and after treatment and between the groups,P<0.05.Conclusion Ziprasidone and aripiprazole are both commonly used clinical drugs in the process of treating SCH patients,and their therapeutic effects are equivalent,and there is no significant difference in safety,only the types of adverse reactions are different.In addition,the application of the drug will not affect the blood lipid level of the patient,and a reasonable choice can be made according to the specific situation of the patient to ensure the therapeutic effect and safety.
