摘要
目的探讨推拿联合南药热奄包对腰椎间盘突出症(肝肾亏虚型)的疗效。方法选取总计80例符合标准的腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为2组,对照组(给予推拿治疗)和观察组(加敷南药热奄包)。比较2组治疗前后视觉度量疼痛评分(VAS评分)及日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA评分),收集JOA评分数据,通过计算得出治疗改善率以此进行疗效评价。结果治疗后,观察组显效例数有17例,总有效例数为33例,总有效率达到82.5%,与对照组(12,22,55.0%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用常规推拿疗法配合南药热奄包,对腰突症的临床症状有改善,效果较为良好,且安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the effect of massage combined with southern medicine Reyanbao on lumbar disc herniation(deficiency of liver and kidney type).Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar protrusion were randomly divided into the control group(treated with massage)and the observation group(treated with southern medicine Reyanbao).The VAS score and JOA score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The JOA score data were collected and the treatment improvement rate was calculated to evaluate the curative effect.Results After treatment,the number of effective cases in the observation group was 17 cases,and the total effective cases were 33 cases.The total effective rate was 82.5%,which was significantly different from that of the control group(12,22,55.0%),and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical symptoms of lumbar protrusion can be significantly improved by conventional massage therapy combined with southern medicine Reyanbao,and the effect is good,safe and reliable.
