摘要
至骨针法是以刺激骨膜、神经及松解深筋膜为治疗特色的新型针法,擅长治疗临床各类急慢性疼痛及运动功能障碍,尤其对深在性、痉挛性、顽固性、传导性的痛症方面疗效较佳。本文详细介绍了至骨针法治疗肌肉骨骼疼痛、神经病理性疼痛、内脏痛的病因病机、机理探讨及医案分享。
"Touching-bone" acupuncture is a new acupuncture method characterized by stimulating periosteum,nerve and loosening deep fascia,which is good at treating all kinds of acute and chronic pain and motor dysfunction,especially for deep,spastic,intractable and conductive pain.This paper introduces in detail the etiology,pathogenesis,mechanism and medical record sharing of "touching-bone" acupuncture in the treatment of musculo skeletal pain,neuropathic pain and visceral pain.
