指纹图谱结合化学模式识别研究铁皮石斛质量差异 被引量:2

Study on Quality Difference of Dendrobium officinale by Fingerprint Combined with Chemical Pattern Recognition

摘要 目的建立铁皮石斛指纹图谱方法,结合化学模式识别技术对不同批次进行质量评价。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈、水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,运用相似度评价、聚类分析、主成分分析、正交偏最小二乘辨别分析对12批铁皮石斛进行质量评价。结果12批铁皮石斛指纹图谱包含24个共有峰,不同化学模式识别方法分析所得的结果基本一致。云南普洱铁皮石斛和浙江天台铁皮石斛的成分与含量较为相似;浙江武义与云南普洱、浙江天台的铁皮石斛略有差异。结论建立的铁皮石斛指纹图谱能够较为全面体现药材质量轮廓,指纹图谱结合化学模式识别研究可为其质量控制提供新思路。 OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC fingerprint method of Dendrobium officinale,and evaluate the quality of Dendrobium officinale from different batches combined with chemical pattern recognition.METHODS The high performance liquid chromatography with acetonitrile and water as mobile phases was used for gradient elution.The quality of 12 batches of Dendrobium officinale was evaluated by similarity evaluation,cluster analysis,principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least square discriminant analysis.RESULTS 24 common peaks were contained in the liquid chromatographic fingerprints of 12 batches of Dendrobium officinale.The results of different chemical pattern recognition were basically the same.The components and contents of Dendrobium officinale from Puer Yunnan and Tiantai Zhejiang were similar.The Dendrobium officinale from Wuyi Zhejiang was slightly different from Puer Yunnan and Tiantai Zhejiang.CONCLUSION The established fingerprint of Dendrobium officinale could comprehensively reflect the quality profile of medicinal materials.The study of fingerprint combined with chemical pattern recognition could provide a new idea for the quality control of Dendrobium officinale.
