生物电阻抗测定的内脏脂肪面积与河南人群代谢综合征的关系 被引量:3

Relationship between metabolic syndrome and visceral fat area by bioelectrical impedance analysis in Henan population

摘要 目的:基于生物电阻抗(BIA)探讨河南地区预测代谢综合征(MS)的内脏脂肪面积(VFA)的风险切点。方法:回顾性选取郑州大学第一附属医院健康管理中心同时进行BIA和MS各组分检测的受检者,其中MS组168例,非MS组386例。采用Logistic回归分析MS的影响因素,绘制ROC曲线,确定预测MS的VFA切点值。结果:与非MS组相比,MS组的年龄、腰围(WC)、BMI、VFA、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、尿酸(UA)升高,高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)降低(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示VFA升高是MS的危险因素(OR=1.024,95%CI为1.018~1.031,P<0.001)。ROC曲线分析显示男性和女性预测MS的AUC(95%CI)分别为0.755(0.696~0.814)、0.828(0.777~0.880),敏感度分别为0.960和0.899,特异度分别为0.503和0.736,约登指数分别为0.463和0.635,VFA切点值分别为100.4、92.3 cm^(2)。结论:VFA升高是MS的危险因素,可以预测河南人群MS的发生。 Aim:To discuss cut-off value of visceral fat area(VFA) for predicting metabolic syndrome(MS) in Henan by bioelectrical impedance analysis(BIA).Methods:A retrospective study was performed on the subjects,who were tested for BIA and MS components at the same time in the Health Management Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.There were 168 individuals in MS group and 386 individuals in non-MS group.The influencing factors of MS were analyzed by Logistic regression.ROC curve was drawn to determine the VFA cut-off value of MS prediction.Results:Compared with non-MS group,age,waist circumference(WC),BMI,VFA,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),triglyceride(TG),fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycated hemoglobin A1 c(HbA1 c) and uric acid(UA) increased in MS group,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) decreased(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that VFA increasing was a risk factor for MS(OR=1.024,95%CI was 1.018-1.031,P<0.001).ROC curve analysis showed that AUC(95%CI) was 0.755(0.696-0.814),0.828(0.777-0.880) for males and females,respectively.The sensitivity was 0.960 and 0.899,the specificity was 0.503 and 0.736,and the Youden index was 0.463 and 0.635 for males and females,respectively.The cut-off value of VFA for MS prediction was 100.4 cm~2 for males and 92.3 cm~2 for females.Conclusion:VFA increasing is a risk factor for MS.It could be used to predict the incidence of MS in Henan population.
