摘要
技术恐惧隐秘地存在于广大教师的心中,深刻影响了教师的心理和行为。在线教学作为信息时代的产物,教师易产生技术恐惧。长久以来,教师对线下教学产生路径依赖,对在线教学本领恐慌,造成其技术恐惧。消解技术恐惧,亟需教师形成技术理性,技术理性的形成需要教师能够真正理解并运用在线教学技术,以实现教学合理技术化、教学技术人性化,最终达到在线教学的科学性与艺术性的统一、技术与人的协调。
Technophobia secretly exists in teachers’ mind and has a profound impact on teachers’ psychology and behavior. As a product of the information age, online teaching is in crisis due to teachers’ technophobia.The main reasons for teachers’ technophobia are the “path dependence” on offline teaching and the capability panic of online teaching. To dispel technophobia, teachers need to form technical rationality. The formation of technical rationality requires teachers to truly understand and use online teaching technology, so as to realize reasonable technicalization of teaching and the humanization of teaching technology, and finally realize the unity of scientificity and artistry of online teaching and the coordination between technology and people.
