摘要
针对自动化产线关键工装资源的高可靠、可用问题,分析基于数字孪生的关键工装寿命预测问题。阐述数字孪生的定义及发展,介绍关键工装寿命的概念和预测方法,对如何运用数字孪生技术实现关键工装寿命预测的方法进行分析论述。分析结果表明:数字孪生技术应用于工装寿命预测领域是必要和可行的,可有效保障智能产线的高效优质生产能力。
Aiming at the problem of high reliability and availability of key tooling resources in automatic production line,the life prediction of key tooling based on digital twin is analyzed.The definition and development of digital twin are described,the concept and prediction method of key tooling life are introduced,and how to use digital twin technology to realize the life prediction method of key tooling is analyzed and discussed.The analysis results show that it is necessary and feasible to apply the digital twin technology to the field of tool life prediction,which can effectively guarantee the efficient and high-quality production capacity of the intelligent production line.
