摘要
全谱法是从探测能谱计算得到空气吸收剂量率的常用方法之一,其主要依靠于准确的能谱-剂量转换函数G(E)。使用Geant4蒙特卡洛程序模拟了HPGe探测器的标准γ源137Cs、60Co和土壤源的γ能谱,并与实验测量的结果进行了对比。通过模拟0.08 MeV~3.00 MeV区间内不同能量的入射γ射线获得标准的γ能谱,利用最小二乘法计算得到HPGe探测的能谱-剂量转换函数G(E)。利用全谱法得到的空气吸收剂量率与理论计算的结果的偏差为0.0165%。
The full-spectrum method is one of the common methods to calculate the absorbed dose rate of air from the detection energy spectrum,which mainly relies on the accurate energy spectrum-dose conversion function G(E).The γ energy spectra of the standard γ sources 137Cs,60Co and soil sources of the HPGe detector were simulated using the Geant4 Monte Carlo procedure and the experimental results were compared.The standardγ-energy spectra were obtained by simulating the incident γ-rays with different energies in the interval of 0.08 MeV~3.00 MeV,and the energy spectrum-dose conversion function G(E)of HPGe detection was obtained by using the least square method.The deviation between the air absorbed dose rate obtained by the full spectrum method and the theoretical calculation result was 0.0165%.
