摘要
目的探讨益气祛湿补肾法对肾虚湿阻型弱精症患者的精子活力调控。方法选取弱精症患者74例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组37例。所有患者均口服左卡尼汀和维生素E软胶囊。研究组在此基础上再加服益气祛湿补肾方。两组治疗时间均为3个月。比较两组中医证候积分、临床疗效。比较两组治疗前后精子浓度和前向运动精子百分率。结果对照组治疗总有效率为75.68%,研究组治疗总有效率为91.89%,两组总有效率无明显差异(P>0.05)。研究组治疗后中医证候积分明显低于治疗前、对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后精子浓度和前向运动精子百分率均显著高于治疗前、对照组同期(P<0.05)。结论益气祛湿补肾法对肾虚湿阻型弱精症的治疗效果显著,能够提升精子质量。
Objective To explore the effect of benefiting qi,removing dampness and tonifying kidney on regulating sperm quality in patients with asthenospermia of kidney deficiency and dampness resistance type.Methods Seventy-four patients with asthenospermia of kidney deficiency and dampness resistance type were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 37 patients in each group.All patients received L-carnitine and vitamin E soft capsules.The study group was given the prescription of benefiting qi,removing dampness and tonifying kidney.Both groups were treated for 3 month.TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Sperm density and sperm forward motility rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 75.68% in the control group,and 91.89% in the study group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The score of TCM syndrome in the study group was significantly lower than that before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,sperm density and sperm forward motility rate were significantly higher than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tonifying qi,removing dampness and tonifying kidney has a significant therapeutic effect on asthenospermia,which can improve sperm quality.
