摘要
校外实践教育在高校人才培养中的地位不断凸显。校外实践教育在巩固知识体系、培养思维能力、锤炼创新能力、塑造理性择业观方面优势明显,但也存在亟待补齐的短板。文章从创新协同工作方法、动态监测,及及时更新工作思路方面提出了解决校外实践教育存在问题的具体方略,以求丰富校外实践教育活动的内涵,达到提高大学生综合就业能力和竞争水平的目标。
The status of off-campus practical education in talent training in colleges and universities is becoming more and more prominent.Off-campus practical education has obvious advantages in consolidating knowledge system,cultivating thinking ability,tempering innovation ability,and shaping rational view of employment.However,there are also shortcomings to be solved urgently.This paper puts forward specific thoughts on breaking through the bottleneck from the two aspects of innovating collaborative work methods,dynamic monitoring,and timely updating work ideas.And it can enrich the connotation of practical education activities outside school and achieve the goal of improving college students'comprehensive employment ability and competitiveness.
