摘要
目的探究乌三金洗剂外泡联合聚肌胞局部封闭治疗多发性跖疣的临床疗效。方法选择太和县中医院2018年6月至2021年4月接诊的98例多发性跖疣患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方案将其分为2组,对照组47例仅给予聚肌胞局部封闭治疗,研究组51例在对照组基础上联合乌三金洗剂外泡治疗。比较2组患者治疗4周后的中医证候评分、临床疗效、血清学指标[血清γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)及血清转化生长因子水平-β(TGF-β)]、疾病复发率及药物不良反应情况。结果2组治疗后的中医证候评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率(94.12%)高于对照组(80.85%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组血清IFN-γ水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后血清TGFβ水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组复发率(5.88%)低于对照组(21.28%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予多发性跖疣患者乌三金洗剂外泡联合聚肌胞注射液局部封闭治疗方案,可有效降低患者的中医证候评分,提高临床疗效,疾病复发率低且安全性良好。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wusanjin lotion external bubble combined with poly l∶C local sealing in treatment of multiple plantar warts.Methods 98 patients with multiple plantar warts who received medical treatment in Taihe County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to April 2021 were selected as research subjects.According to the treatment regimen,they were divided into the study group(n=51)and the control group(n=47).The patients in the control group just received poly l∶C local blocking treatment,while the patients in the study group were treated with Wusanjin lotion external foam treatment in addition to the treatment as received by the control group.The scores of TCM syndromes,clinical efficacy,and such serum indicators as interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),disease recurrence rate and adverse drug reactions were compared between the patients of the 2 groups,after 4 courses of treatment.Results The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,with those of the study group being lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effective rate of the study group(94.12%)was higher than that of the control group(80.85%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Following treatment,the IFN-γ levels of the 2 groups were obviously higher than those before treatment,with that of the study group being higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Upon completion of treatment,the TGF-β levels of the 2 groups were all lower than those before treatment,with that of the study group being lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the rates of adverse reactions,when comparisons were made between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group(5.88%)was lower than that of the control group(21.28%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of multiple plantar warts with Wusanjin lotion external bubble combined with polyinosity injection could effectively reduce patient TCM syndrome scores,improve clinical efficacy,lower disease recurrence rate,with good safety.
