海上风电系统故障预测与视情维修方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于海上风机是一种设备结构复杂的风电系统,其在运行过程中需要承受较大的运转负荷以及外部环境压力,因此风机受损的概率较高,容易出现故障。海上风机出现故障,维修成本较高,需要停运的时间也较长。故障预测与视情预防性维修能够有效保障海上风机系统装备和系统进行自主维护,此技术能够为风电系统的维护提供决策支撑,使传统被动维修转化为主动维修,进而降低维护成本,提升海上风机的可靠性。从结构损伤识别预测与系统事情维护方法两方面着手研究,探究优化海上风电系统和维护方式。 Because offshore wind turbine is a kind of equipment structure and complex wind power system,it needs to bear large operating load and external environmental pressure in the operation process,so the probability of fan damage is high and prone to failure.If the offshore fan fails,the maintenance cost is high and the shutdown time is long due to its poor environment.Fault prediction and preventive maintenance can effectively ensure the independent maintenance of offshore wind turbine system equipment and system.This technology can provide decision support for the maintenance of wind power system,transform the traditional passive maintenance into active maintenance,so as to reduce the maintenance cost and improve the reliability of offshore wind turbine.This paper studies the structural damage identification and prediction and system maintenance methods,so as to explore and optimize the use and maintenance mode of offshore wind farm.
