摘要
目的分析上消化道出血患者在护理过程中应用综合性护理干预的效果。方法研究对象为我院收治的68例上消化道出血患者,时间为2019年7月至2020年9月,采用掷骰子法随机将所有患者分为两组,每组34例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用常规护理与综合性护理干预,观察评估两组临床体征改善时间、再次出血发生率、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果研究组患者体温、心率恢复正常时间及脱水纠正时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者护理后再次出血发生率、并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后研究组负面情绪评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预能够有效缩短患者的体温、心率恢复正常时间及脱水纠正时间,降低再次出血及并发症发生率,改善其负面情绪,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing process of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods The subjects were 68 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated in our hospital from July 2019 to September 2020.All patients were randomly divided into two groups by dice method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention.The improvement time of clinical signs,secondary bleeding,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and evaluated.Results The normal time of body temperature,heart rate and dehydration correction time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of secondary bleeding and complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of negative emotions in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively shorten the normal time of body temperature and heart rate and the correction time of dehydration,reduce the incidence of secondary bleeding and complications,improve their negative emotions and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
