摘要
目的本次试验将针对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者实施优质护理,为患者围手术期的康复治疗提供帮助。方法于2019年1~10月,将辽宁省锦州市妇婴医院收治的经腹腔子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者90例纳入本研究。采用硬币随机法分为对照组(45例,采用常规护理措施)与观察组(45例,采用优质护理)两组。结果从护理质量上看,观察组患者的总有效率为93.33%(42/45),对照组为82.22%(37/45),组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从手术围手术期基础数据上看,观察组患者的手术中出血量、手术用时和住院时间分别为(96.10±13.60)mL、(55.30±8.40)min和(5.10±2.80)d,对照组则为(109.10±12.50)mL、(60.30±8.80)min和(9.70±2.20)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从并发症数据上看,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。从焦虑情绪评分数据上看,观察组SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用优质护理措施可加强对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的护理成果,能够减轻患者疼痛,通过健康教育、饮食管理、心理管理来做好身心协调,从而提升康复质量。
Objective This experiment will carry out high-quality nursing for patients with laparoscopic myomectomy,and provide help for the rehabilitation treatment of patients during the perioperative period.Methods From January to October 2019,90 patients with uterine fibroids who were treated by abdominal myomectomy in Jinzhou Women and Infant Hospital of Liaoning Province were included in this study.By coin random method,they were divided into control group(45 cases,using routine nursing measures)and observation group(45 cases,using high-quality nursing).Results In terms of nursing quality,the total effective rate was 93.33%(42/45)in the observation group and 82.22%(37/45)in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).From the basic data of perioperative period,the bleeding volume,operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were(96.10±13.60)mL,(55.30±8.40)min and(5.10±2.80)d,respectively,while those of the control group were(109.10±12.50)mL,(60.30±8.80)min,and(9.70±2.20)d,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).From the data of complications,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).From the anxiety score data,the SAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using high quality nursing measures can strengthen the nursing results of laparoscopic myomectomy patients,reduce pain,and improve the quality of rehabilitation through health education,diet management and psychological management.
