制造业升级进程中技术锁定的形成机理研究 被引量:4

Research on the Formation Mechanism of Technology Lock-in in China′s Manufacturing Upgrading Process

摘要 技术锁定是指在参与国际分工过程中,后发国家在全球价值链治理体系中长期处于技术水平低或技术附加值低的一种现象。通过对中国国情下技术锁定的形成机理和内在逻辑进行系统梳理,旨在为后期突破制造业领域的“卡脖子”技术提供理论依据。以中国制造业升级进程中技术锁定形成的“过程—原因”为逻辑线索,通过文献归纳、建模等方法,对技术锁定的形成过程进行解构,并对形成原因进行剖析。结果表明,中国制造业升级进程中技术锁定的形成机理可以归纳为E-I-M渐次波及模型:全球价值链过度嵌入E导致嵌入性依赖,制度化I导致制度变迁的路径依赖和市场化M导致技术变迁的路径依赖,这三个层次的路径依赖结成反馈的网络结构,共同制约着中国制造业升级。 Technology lock-in refers to the phenomenon that latecomer countries have low technology level,or low technology added value in the global value chain governance system for a long time in the process of participating in the international division of labor.By systematically sorting out the formation mechanism and internal logic of technology lock-in under China′s national conditions,this paper aims to provide theoretical basis for solving the"Neck-jamming"technology problem in the manufacturing industry.Based on the"process-reason"of technology lock-in in the upgrading process of China′s manufacturing industry,this paper deconstructs the process of technology lock-in and analyzes its causes by means of literature induction and model building.The results show that technology lock-in mechanism in the upgrading process of China′s manufacturing industry can be summarized as E-I-M gradually spread model:global value chain embeddedness,institutionalization and marketization,which form embedded dependence,path dependence of institutional change and path dependence of technological change accordingly.These three levels lock-in into a feedback network structure,which jointly restrict the China′s manufacturing industry to upgrade.
