智能采矿本科教育人才培养模式探索 被引量:10

Talent Training Modes of Undergraduates’Education in the Intelligent Mining

摘要 煤矿智能化对采矿工程本科教育提出了新的要求。人才需求、国家政策驱动、产业创新融合、新工科建设是构建智能采矿本科教育人才培养模式的现实基础。智能采矿的本科教育人才培养目标是“以能力为核心的复合型人才”,需要高校构建以知识逻辑为架构的课程体系,加强本科教育教学过程管理,建立以能力为核心的评价机制。建议在三方面推动智能采矿本科教育人才培养创新:构建智能采矿产学合作协同育人创新体系,健全智能采矿创新创业教育体系,深化智能采矿工程教育国际交流与合作。 The new requirements are proposed for undergraduates’education in mining engineering due to the intellectualization of coal mines.The talent demand,the driving force of national policy,the integration of industrial innovation and the construction of new engineering are the realistic foun⁃dation that builds the talent training modes of undergraduates’education in the intelligent mining.The goal of talents training for undergraduates’education of intelligent mining should highlight the ability as the core of inter-disciplinary talents,construct the logic of knowledge as the curriculum system framework,strictly strengthen the management in undergraduates’education and teaching process,and build the ability-based evaluation mechanism.It is suggested to promote the innova⁃tion of modes in talent training of intelligent mining undergraduates’education in three aspects:to build the innovation system of industry-university cooperative education in intelligent mining,to im⁃prove the education system of innovation and entrepreneurship in intelligent mining,and to deepen the international exchange and cooperation of engineering education in intelligent mining.
