摘要
当前,全球加速进入以数字化生产力为主要标志的全新历史阶段,数字产业作为数字生产力的重要载体和推动经济发展的策源地,已成为影响大国兴衰走向的关键,成为考验我们政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力的重要课题。本文以马克思主义基本理论、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引,运用矛盾运动基本原理对我国数字产业进行剖析,认为“产业生态体系薄弱”是制约我国数字产业统筹发展和安全、构建新发展格局最基础和最根本问题。只有持续加强和完善我国数字产业生态体系的建设,才能处理好“局部技术优势与整体生态落后”“发展效率与安全保障”“话语权提升与供需不平衡”“生态建设长期性与紧迫性”等方面的关系,从而尽快实现我国数字产业高质量发展。
The world is accelerating into a new historical stage marked by digital productivity.As the important carrier of digital productivity and the source of economic development,digital industry has become the key to the rise and fall of great powers,the important subject that tests our political judgment,political comprehension,and political execution.Based on Marxist theory and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,development of China's digital industry was analyzed applying the principle of contradictory motion.It is shown that the imperfect industrial ecosystem is the most basic and fundamental problem restricting the overall planning development and security and hindering building new development pattern.The relationships between partial technological advantages and overall ecological backwardness,efficiency and security,improving discourse power and imbalance between supply and demand,long-term and urgency could be properly handled,only by strengthening and improving the construction of industrial ecosystem.
