摘要
结合当前高职汽车类专业的相关特点,有效实施产教融合、校企合作是培养新时期汽车专业人才的有效途径。充分地发挥高职院校教育优势院校,与社会企业相互协同,创建企业学院。通过学校环境与企业环境的相互融合,给学生构建新的学习环境,提供新型教学资源,有助于推动学生的综合性成长,提高学生的综合实践能力。将每一个学生培养成为企业需求的高质量人才,实现企业、岗位与学校教育的有效衔接。
Combined with the current characteristics of automobile majors in higher vocational colleges,the effective implementation of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to train automobile professionals in the new era.Give full play to the educational advantages of higher vocational colleges,cooperate with social enterprises to create enterprise colleges.Through the integration of school environment and enterprise environment,we can build a new learning environment for students and provide new teaching resources,which will help to promote students'comprehensive growth and improve students'comprehensive practical ability.Train every student to become high-quality talents required by enterprises,and realize the effective connection between enterprises,posts and school education.
