摘要
该文以专业认证的OBE理念为指导,分析了PDCA循环在本科教学质量管理中的适用性,提出了包含培养符合国家和社会发展需要的高级人才的目标,构建三全育人和持续改进的支柱,打造校园文化、课程思政、管理与服务保障的基础,形成教学质量指导、监控、评价和改进这4个模块的一体化本科教学质量管理体系,探索了优化教学组织、建设课程群(组)、确定专业主体性、建立教师目标责任体系、强化学生主体发展意识等实施策略。
Guided by the concept of OBE of professional certification,the applicability of PCDA cycle on the quality management of graduate education is analyzed in this paper.It puts forward the goal of cultivating senior talents in line with the needs of national and social development,constructs the pillar of three complete education and continuous improvement,creates the foundation of campus culture,curriculum thought and politics,management and service guarantee,forms an integrated undergraduate teaching quality management system with four modules of teaching quality guidance,monitoring,evaluation and improvement,and explores the optimization of teaching organization,the construction of curriculum group(Group),the determination of professional subjectivity Establish the target responsibility system of teachers and strengthen the awareness of students'subject development.
