摘要
校园外卖食品作为一种新兴的餐饮模式,在给大学生生活带来便利的同时,也衍生出了食品安全的问题。该文以武威职业学院在校大学生为调查对象,对校园外卖食品消费及食品安全认知进行调查,分析目前校园外卖食品存在的问题,提出解决校园外卖食品安全问题的建议。这不仅可以为高校开展食品安全宣传教育提供更多的科学依据,也可以为完善我国食品安全监管提供一些实践参考。
As an emerging catering model,campus take-out food brings convenience to the life of college students,but also brings out the problem of food safety at the same time.This paper takes college students in Wuwei Vocational College as the investigation object to investigate the consumption and food safety cognition of campus take out food,analyzes the existing problems of campus take-out food,and puts forward some suggestions to solve the safety problems of campus take-out food.This can not only provide more scientific basis for colleges and universities to carry out food safety publicity and education,but also provide some practical reference for improving China's food safety supervision.
