摘要
基于锅炉生产的特殊性,锅炉产品在生产过程中应用新的检测技术,不但能够提高锅炉产品的生产质量,同时还能优化锅炉生产工艺,保证锅炉产品正常生产。无损检测技术作为有效的检测手段,在锅炉及压力容器的生产过程中得到了有效的运用并取得了积极效果。了解无损检测技术的特点和优势,并做好无损检测技术的应用,对锅炉产品的生产有重要影响。本文就无损检测技术在锅炉检测中的应用展开阐述。
Based on the particularity of boiler production,the application of new detection technology in the production process of boiler products can not only improve the production quality of boiler products,but also optimize the production process of boilers to ensure the normal production of boiler products.As an effective detection method,non-destructive testing technology has been effectively used and achieved positive results in the production process of boilers and pressure vessels.Understanding the characteristics and advantages of non-destructive testing technology and applying non-destructive testing technology have an important impact on the production of boiler products.This article expounds the application of non-destructive testing technology in boiler testing.
