摘要
我国建筑行业在社会科技进步与经济增长的背景下随之不断发展,人们对建筑行业的要求不断增加,在保证投资成本、建筑工程质量与施工安全风险等问题的同时,还要保障建筑物使用安全以及人们的使用舒适度。如果房屋建筑工程发生渗漏现象,不仅影响了工程的施工进程、施工质量,更对现场施工人员的生命安全构成威胁。因此,作为施工单位需要注重渗漏问题,并使用专业技术进行修补,以确保建筑质量、建筑使用安全以及建筑美观性。
