摘要
原油集输系统作为石油生产过程中的重要组成部分,在生产能源的同时,也消耗着大量电和天然气等能源。其能耗直接影响着我国“双碳目标”的实现。通过运用过程方法,梳理出原油集输系统中采油、输油、污水处理、油气分离、脱水、转油和注水等七个主要的过程,再逐一分析每个过程的能耗设备和能耗类型。最后,针对原油集输系统,结合我国现状,在工艺流程、设备设施等方面制定了相应的对策,来确保降低原油集输系统的能耗。
As an important part of oil production,crude oil gathering and transportation system not only produces energy,but also consumes a lot of energy such as electricity and natural gas.Its energy consumption directly affects the realization of China's"double carbon goal".By using the process method,this paper sorts out seven main processes in the crude oil gathering and transportation system,such as oil production,oil transportation,sewage treatment,oil and gas separation,dehydration,oil transfer and water injection,and then analyzes the energy consumption equipment and energy consumption types of each process one by one.Finally,for the crude oil gathering and transportation system,combined with the current situation of our country,the corresponding countermeasures are formulated in terms of process flow,equipment and facilities to ensure the reduction of energy consumption of the crude oil gathering and transportation system.
