摘要
高校在培养全面发展的高素质人才过程中,除关注学生的技术能力培养外,还需要关注学生的思想意识形态建设.高校思政教育工作的有效开展有赖于思政教学人员和高校辅导员的协同育人机制构建.现阶段,高校思政教育协同育人机制尚存在相关工作人员素养不高和权责不清的问题,影响高校思政教育协同育人机制的建设.为此,需要相关机构和有关人员从问题出发,以夯实协同育人内核基础和完善协同育人运行调节为主要措施,完成高校思政教育协同育人机制的建构,促进高校思政教育协同育人的工作实效.
In the process of cultivating high-quality talents with all-round development, the universities should not only focus on students’ technical skill cultivation, but also pay much attention to students’ ideological and political construction. Therefore, the effective development of ideological and political education relies on the collaborative education mechanism between college teachers and counselors. At present, there still exist problems like lack of literacy and unclear powers and responsibilities in the collaborative education mechanism which affect the construction of ideological and political education mechanism in universities. The relevant institutions and related teachers should focus on the above problems, and take the solid core foundation and complete operation regulation of collaborative education as the main measures to achieve the construction of collaborative education mechanism and promote the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
