摘要
酰胺质子转移(APT)成像是基于化学交换饱和转移的一种新型MR分子成像技术,能从分子水平反映组织细胞内游离蛋白质的浓度特性。近年,APT成像在中枢神经系统肿瘤中显示出较大优势,为中枢神经系统疾病的诊断、治疗及预后预测提供重要影像学信息,并逐渐用于研究人体其他部位肿瘤。本文综述APT成像在宫颈肿瘤、子宫肿瘤和卵巢肿瘤中的临床应用进展。
Amide proton transfer(APT)imaging is a new molecular magnetic resonance imaging technique based on chemical exchange saturation transfer,which can reflect the concentration characteristics of free protein in tissues and cells from the molecular level.In recent years,APT imaging has shown great advantages in central nervous system tumors,providing important imaging information for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis prediction.This technology is also gradually applied in the diagnosis of other tumors.This article illustrates the theory of APT imaging and describes the clinical utility in gynecological malignant tumor,including cervical tumors,uterine tumors and ovarian tumors.
