基于云平台的玉米播种位置监测系统设计与试验 被引量:5

摘要 播种机在大规模作业时会出现漏播、重播等状况,为了提高播种作业质量与播种作业精准性,设计了一种基于云平台的玉米播种位置监测系统,主要通过多传感器技术、云平台技术和GPS定位技术实现。基于云平台的玉米播种位置监测系统能实现漏播、播种位置、播种量、堵塞、缺肥、排肥速度和排肥量等作业信息监测,播种位置主要通过两组光电传感器计算距离GPS在X、Y方向上的偏差得出,并将计算结果在云平台中进行显示,同时在云平台百度地图中显示漏播区域等。田间试验结果表明:株距合格率为97.25%,位置平均解算误差为1.244cm,能够实现玉米精准播种,提高了播种质量。 When the seeder is operating in a large scale,it will miss sowing and repeat sowing.In order to improve the quality and accuracy of seeding operation,this paper designs a corn sowing position monitoring system based on cloud platform.The corn sowing position monitoring system based on cloud platform is mainly realized by multi-sensor technology,cloud platform technology and GPS positioning technology.The corn sowing position monitoring system based on cloud platform can monitor the operation information such as missing sowing,sowing position,sowing rate,blocking,fertilizer shortage,fertilizer discharging speed and amount.The seeding position is calculated by two groups of photoelectric sensors to calculate the deviation of GPS in X and Y directions,and the calculation results are displayed in the cloud platform,and the missing sowing area is displayed in the cloud platform Baidu map.The results of field test showed that the qualified rate of plant spacing was 97.25%,and the average position calculation error was 1.244 cm.The application of this system can realize the precision sowing of corn and improve the sowing quality.
