摘要
合谷刺属于《灵枢·官针》五刺法之一,亦是岐黄针疗法中运用最为普遍的一种刺法。岐黄针对合谷刺的运用强调通过对疾病病位、病性以及病变范围的把握,进行不同方向、不同角度、不同深度的合谷刺,如根据针刺刺激目的确定合谷刺方向,根据病变范围调整合谷刺角度,根据病位选择合谷刺深度,从而达到针至病所,“随变而调气”的治疗目的。
Valley union needling is one of the five acupuncture methods in Chapter Guanzhen of Lingshu,and it is also the most widely used in Qihuang needle therapy.It is emphasized that valley union needling should be adjusted in different directions,angles and depths according to the location,nature and extent of the disease.For example,the directions of valley union needling should be determined according to the purpose of needling stimulation;the angles should be adjusted based on the extent of the disease,and the depths should be chosen according to the location of the disease,so as to achieve the therapeutic purpose of"regulating qi with changes".
